665 - Savings clause.

NY Lab L § 665 (2016) What's This?
  665.  Savings  clause.    If  any  provision of this article or the
  application thereof to any person, employer, occupation or  circumstance
  is  held  invalid,  the  remainder of the article and the application of
  such  provision   to   other   persons,   employees,   occupations,   or
  circumstances shall not be affected thereby.
