263 - Oath of witnesses.

NY Corr L § 263 (2016) What's This?
  263.  Oath of witnesses. The governor or a person designated by him
  to conduct a hearing in  a  matter  pertaining  to  an  application  for
  clemency,  shall  have  power  to administer an oath to a person brought
  before him.
