247-A - Liability to person injured.

NY Agri & Mkts L § 247-A (2016) What's This?
  247-a.  Liability  to  person injured. Any dealer, who violates any
  provisions of section two hundred forty-six of this  article,  shall  be
  liable  to  the  person  injured  thereby for the full amount of damages
  resulting from such violation.
