Article 17 - (Village) PROVISIONS APPLICABLE TO A VILLAGE EMBRACING THE ENTIRE TERRITORY OF A TOWN

NY Vill L § 17-1730 (2015) What's This?
  17-1730  Officers. In any such village a person otherwise qualified
  to hold a village office shall not be disqualified by reason of  holding
  a town office, whether elective or appointive.
