25 - Limitation of time.

NY Vol Amb Wrkrs Ben L § 25 (2015) What's This?
 25. Limitation  of  time.  No  limitation  of  time provided in this
  chapter shall run as against any person who is mentally incompetent or a
  minor so long as he has no committee or guardian.
