2229 - Snowmobile, not a motor vehicle.

NY Veh & Traf L § 2229 (2015) What's This?
 2229. Snowmobile,  not  a motor vehicle. Notwithstanding its limited
  use on highways, a snowmobile shall not be determined  a  motor  vehicle
  within the meaning of section one hundred twenty-five of this chapter or
  any other successor statutes.
