414 - Any person permitted to report.

NY Soc Serv L § 414 (2015) What's This?
  414.  Any person permitted to report.  In addition to those persons
  and officials required to report suspected child abuse or  maltreatment,
  any person may make such a report if such person has reasonable cause to
  suspect that a child is an abused or maltreated child.
