48 - Guaranteed indebtedness of an authority.

NY Pub Hsg L § 48 (2015) What's This?
  48.  Guaranteed  indebtedness  of  an authority.   An authority may
  contract indebtedness and authorize and  issue  bonds  guaranteed  by  a
  municipality as to principal and interest, or only as to the interest.
