NY Pub Auth L § 1299-B (2015) What's This?
  1299-b.  Niagara  Frontier transportation district. There is hereby
  created and established a transportation district to  be  known  as  the
  Niagara   Frontier  transportation  district  which  shall  embrace  the
  counties of Erie and Niagara.
