43.17 - State purpose.

* 43.17 State purpose. The development of a Niagara Falls underground railroad heritage management plan is considered a state purpose. Notwithstanding any law to the contrary, any state agency or public corporation, within amounts appropriated or available therefor may offer assistance to the commission in support of its corporate purpose through the lending of staff or other resources to accomplish the purposes of this article.
