400 - Notice of beginning.

NY Lab L § 400 (2015) What's This?
  400.  Notice  of  beginning.  Every  operator  opening a new shaft,
  incline, tunnel or quarry shall report in writing its location  and  the
  name  of  its  owner to the commissioner before the excavation reaches a
  depth of twenty-five feet.
