340 - Salary of messenger of court of appeals.

NY Jud L § 340 (2015) What's This?
  340.  Salary  of  messenger  of  court  of  appeals.  The messenger
  appointed to attend on the judges of the court of appeals shall  receive
  a  salary  of  one thousand six hundred dollars per annum, to be paid in
  monthly instalments.
