NY Exec L § 294 (2015) What's This?
 294. General  policies  of  division.   The division shall formulate
  policies to effectuate  the  purposes  of  this  article  and  may  make
  recommendations   to  agencies  and  officers  of  the  state  or  local
  subdivisions of government in aid of such policies and purposes.
