4103 - Indian children not entitled to free tuition in public schools.

NY Educ L § 4103 (2015) What's This?
 4103. Indian  children  not  entitled  to  free  tuition  in  public
  schools.  Indian children residing on a reservation are not entitled  to
  free  tuition  in  districts outside the reservation but may be received
  into the schools of such districts  on  the  approval  of  the  trustees
  thereof and the commissioner of education.
