2608 - Liability of custodian.

NY CPLR § 2608 (2015) What's This?
  2608.  Liability  of  custodian.  No  liability  shall  attach to a
  custodian of property paid into court because of a payment made  by  him
  in  good faith in accordance with the direction of an order of the court
  or as provided in rule 2607.
