605-A - Transportation of female inmates.

NY Corr L § 605-A (2015) What's This?
  605-a. Transportation of female inmates. Whenever any female inmate
  is conveyed to an  institution  under  the  jurisdiction  of  the  state
  department of corrections and community supervision pursuant to sentence
  or  commitment,  such female inmate shall be accompanied by at least one
  female officer.
