NY Agri & Mkts L § 250-J (2015) What's This?
  250-j.  Penalties. Each transaction by a dealer may be considered a
  separate violation  subjecting  the  dealer  to  liability  pursuant  to
  section thirty-nine of this chapter, in addition to remedies provided in
  this article.
