300 - Application of this title.

NY Veh & Traf L § 300 (2014) What's This?
 300. Application  of  this  title.  Except  as  otherwise  expressly
  provided in this chapter, this title shall be exclusively controlling:

(a) On the use by motor vehicles of public highways, and

(b) On the accessories used upon motor vehicles  and  motorcycles  and
  their incidents.
