1165 - Noncompliance; notification.

NY Pub Health L § 1165 (2014) What's This?
 1165.  Noncompliance; notification.  In the event the work completed
  pursuant  to  a  financing  agreement or loan agreement is deemed not in
  compliance with such  agreement,  the  corporation  shall  expeditiously
  notify the recipient of such non-compliance and indicate the reasons for
  such determination.
