212 - Drinking water for farm laborers.

 212. Drinking water for farm laborers. Every grower or processor who
  employs  or uses paid farm or food processing workers, whether or not he
  uses the services of a farm labor contractor, shall, at his own expense,
  provide safe drinking water,  which  may  be  in  a  portable  container
  reasonably  accessible  to  each  and  every  site  whereat laborers are
  working.
