NY Educ L § 6555 (2014) What's This?
 6555. Exempt persons.  Nothing in this article shall be construed to
  affect  or  prevent  a  student enrolled in a college of chiropractic in
  this state from engaging  in  all  phases  of  clinical  practice  under
  supervision  of  a  licensed  chiropractor  or physician in a curriculum
  registered by the department.
