5407 - Uniformity of interpretation.

NY CPLR § 5407 (2014) What's This?
  5407.  Uniformity  of  interpretation.  This  article  shall  be so
  construed as to effectuate its general purpose to make uniform  the  law
  of those states which enact these provisions.
