847-D - Compensation.


NY Exec L § 847-D (2012) What's This?
 
    § 847-d. Compensation. The members of such commission shall receive no
  compensation  for  their  services  but  shall  be  reimbursed for their
  expenses actually and necessarily incurred in the performance  of  their
  duties  hereunder within the amount available therefor by appropriation.
  Notwithstanding any inconsistent provisions of law, general, special  or
  local,  no  officer  or  employee  of the state or of any civil division
  thereof, shall be deemed to have forfeited or shall forfeit  his  office
  or  employment  by reason of his or her acceptance of membership on such
  commission.
