15-114 - Number and use of voting machines.

* § 15-114. Number and use of voting machines. 1. Any village that has not adopted a resolution pursuant to paragraph c of subdivision one of section 15-104 of this article and uses voting machines, including lever voting machines, for village elections shall provide one voting machine for each eight hundred or fraction thereof of qualified voters in each election district, as such voters are defined in section 15-110 of this article. 2. Nothing in this section shall be construed to require the board of elections to maintain the care, custody or control of lever voting machines. * NB Effective until December 31, 2014 * § 15-114.
