893 - Termination of authority.
NY Exec L § 893 (2012) What's This?
* § 893. Termination of authority. Unless expressly extended by act of
the legislature, the authority of the office to provide services under
this article shall terminate on December thirty-first, nineteen hundred
ninety-five, provided, however, that any master application still
pending with the office on or before such date shall be processed to
conclusion in accordance with the provisions of this article.
