199 - Disposition of surplus.


NY Debt & Cred L § 199 (2012) What's This?
 
    §  199.  Disposition  of  surplus. If after settling the estate of any
  debtor, and after discharging his debts, entitled  to  a  dividend,  any
  surplus  shall  remain  in  the hands of his trustees, the same shall be
  paid to such debtor or his legal representatives.
