    §  191.  Payment  of  debts  before  maturity.  Every person to whom a
  debtor, except one proceeding under the fifth article, shall be indebted
  on a valuable consideration, for any sum of money not due at the time of
  such distribution, but payable afterwards, shall receive his  proportion
  with  other  creditors,  after deducting a rebate of legal interest upon
  the sum distributed, for the time unexpired of such credit.
