7.11 - Tuition.

    § 7.11. Tuition. The executive director shall, subject to the approval
  of the commissioner of education and the director of the budget, fix and
  determine  the  amount  of  tuition  to  be  paid  by each applicant for
  admission.   Such tuition may be  paid  by  the  local  school  district
  wherein  such  applicant  resides  in  whole or in part. Payment of such
  tuition may be waived in whole or in part by the executive director upon
  a proper showing of financial hardship by an applicant for admission.
