Article 14-A - (405 - 405-I) APPORTIONMENT OR ALLOCATION OF REGISTRATION FEE AGREEMENT
405-I - Regulatory authority.

§ 405-i. Regulatory  authority.  The  commissioner  is  authorized  to
  promulgate rules and regulations to implement the administration of  any
  agreement entered into pursuant to the authority granted in section four
  hundred five of this article.
