143 - Vehicle identification.

§ 143. Vehicle  identification.  It  shall  be  unlawful for any motor
  carrier holding a certificate or permit from the commissioner to operate
  any motor vehicle upon the highways of this state unless there is firmly
  affixed to such motor vehicle proper identification in  accordance  with
  the rules and regulations promulgated by the commissioner.
