Article 4 - (95 - 112) PROVISIONS RELATING TO COMMON CARRIERS
95 - Application of article.

§ 95. Application  of  article.  The  provisions of this article shall
  apply to the transportation of passengers or property from one point  to
  another  within  the  state  of  New  York,  and  to  any common carrier
  performing such service.
