2708 - Application of section four thousand two hundred twenty-four.

§  2708. Application of section four thousand two hundred twenty-four.
  An insurer shall not be considered in violation of section four thousand
  two  hundred  twenty-four  of  this  chapter  for  complying  with   the
  provisions of this article.
