156-F - Evacuation drills.

§  156-f.  Evacuation  drills.  Except as may be otherwise provided in
  rules and regulations promulgated by the department of state pursuant to
  article eighteen of this chapter, in any building  owned  or  leased  in
  whole  by  the state or any agency thereof, an evacuation drill shall be
  conducted at least twice each year in which all of the occupants of  the
  buildings  shall  participate simultaneously and which shall conduct all
  such occupants to a place of safety. In New York city,  the  state  fire
  administrator shall make rules, regulations and special orders necessary
  and suitable to each situation, as appropriate.
