Article 20 - (550 - 554) STATE CONSUMER PROTECTION BOARD
551 - Executive director.

§ 551. Executive   director.  The  executive  director  shall  be  the
  chairman of the board. He shall be appointed by the  governor  with  the
  advice  and  consent  of  the  senate  and  shall hold office during the
  pleasure of the governor and shall receive an annual salary to be  fixed
  by  the  governor within the amount available therefor by appropriation.
  He shall also receive his reasonable expenses  in  connection  with  the
  performance  of  his  duties  within  the  amount  available therefor by
  appropriation.
