Article 19 - (400 - 403-B) DISPLAY AND USE OF THE FLAG OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA IN PARKS AND ON PUBLIC BUILDINGS
403-B - Display of flag in certain parks.

§  403-b.  Display  of  flag  in certain parks. Any state park of this
  state with developed facilities for public use shall  display  the  flag
  daily in an area where it is viewed by the public. Such display shall be
  in  accordance  with  the  rules  and  customs deemed proper for display
  pursuant to section four hundred three of this article.
