Article 17 - (17-100 - 17-170) VIOLATIONS OF THE ELECTIVE FRANCHISE
17-160 - Procuring fraudulent documents in order to vote.

§  17-160.  Procuring  fraudulent  documents in order to vote. 1.  Any
  person who knowingly and wilfully procures from any court, judge,  clerk
  or  other  officer,  any  document  with intent to enable himself or any
  other person to register for or vote at any election  when  he  or  such
  other person is not entitled to exercise the elective franchise; or
    2.  Any  person  who  knowingly  and wilfully presents to any election
  officer for the purpose of having himself or  any  other  person  placed
  upon  any  list  or  registry  of  voters or for the purpose of enabling
  himself or any other person to vote at any election, any false document,
  is guilty of a felony.
