2006 New York Code - Waivers Of Specific Coverage Prohibited.



 
    §  32-a.  Waivers of specific coverage prohibited. All employers doing
  business in this state shall ensure that their employees working in  New
  York  state are insured for all protections required under this chapter.
  Waivers of coverage shall not be available to out of state employers.
