2006 New York Code - Uniformity Of Interpretation.



 
    § 3000. Uniformity   of   interpretation.     Titles  one,  seven  and
  succeeding titles shall be so interpreted and construed as to effectuate
  their general purpose to make uniform the  law  of  those  states  which
  enact them.
