  § 2015. Correction of technical errors.
    Technical  errors  in  the  commitment  of  any  accused person may be
  corrected by the court at any time after the commitment is signed.   The
  court  may  alter or modify a sentence or correct any technical error in
  the record not affecting the substantial rights of the defendant at  any
  time before the execution of the sentence has been commenced.
