  § 2012. Drawing of jurors.
    Jurors  may be drawn and summoned in the manner provided by the rules.
  Jurors may be impaneled in village courts from the list of  jurors  used
  in  the  town court of the town in which the village is situated. In the
  case of a village  situated  in  more  than  one  town,  jurors  may  be
  impaneled from a list which combines the names of all jurors used in the
  town  courts  in  each  of  the  towns in which the village is situated.
  Jurors drawn for civil actions may also be used in the trial of criminal
  cases.
