  § 102. Application of UDCA; court of record; seal.
    The  jurisdiction of and practice and procedure in each district court
  governed by the UDCA shall be as prescribed herein, and such court shall
  be a court of record and a part of the  unified  court  system  for  the
  state.    Such  court  in  each county shall have an official seal to be
  furnished by the county upon which shall be engraved the words "District
  Court of (insert name of county), New York, Seal".
