2006 New York Code - Contract Authority.



 
    § 73-m. Contract  authority.  The  department  and  rural counties are
  hereby empowered to enter  into  any  agreement  or  contract  with  any
  private  or  public  agencies,  corporations or individuals necessary or
  convenient to carry out the  provisions  of  this  article.  Funds  made
  available  by  the department pursuant to this article shall be provided
  pursuant to the terms of such contracts.
