2006 New York Code - Physical Examinations.



 
    § 154-a. Physical examinations. The town board may, from time to time,
  provide,  by  resolution,  for  the  physical  examination of any or all
  members  of  the  police  department  by  a  duly  qualified   physician
  designated  by the town board. The costs of such examinations shall be a
  town charge.
