2006 New York Code - General Conformity Of Bonds To Cplr



 
  § 811. General conformity of bonds to CPLR
    The provisions of this article shall govern bonds in this court but to
  the  extent  consistent with such provisions and as to matters of detail
  not provided for herein the provisions of CPLR  article  25  shall  also
  apply.
