2006 New York Code - Bond Of A Legal Life Tenant



 
  § 807. Bond of a legal life tenant
    Whenever  a legal life tenant is entitled to the possession or control
  of property under a will, he shall if the court so directs  execute  and
  file a bond unless the will expressly provides otherwise.
