2006 New York Code - General Bond



 
  § 1203. General bond
    Except  in  the  counties  of  Erie, Monroe and Onondaga the person so
  appointed shall execute a bond with sureties to be approved by the court
  to the county in a penal sum to be fixed by the board of supervisors  on
  recommendation  of  the court and conditioned for the faithful discharge
  of the duties of his office and that he will fully and correctly account
  for and pay over all moneys and property which may come into  his  hands
  as public administrator according to law, which bond shall be filed with
  the  clerk  of  the  county  and  the  premium thereon shall be a county
  charge. The bond in the counties of Erie, Monroe and Onondaga  shall  be
  in  a  penal  sum  fixed  by  the  court  and the premium shall be borne
  personally by the public administrator.
