2006 New York Code - Acquisition Of Land.



 
    § 59-j. Acquisition  of  land.  The  United  Nations may take by gift,
  grant or devise, acquire by purchase, but not by condemnation, any  land
  necessary,  useful  or  convenient  in carrying on the functions of such
  organization within the state and hold,  transmit  and  dispose  of  the
  same.
