2006 New York Code - Child Performer\'s Protection Fund.



 
    §  99-j.  Child  performer's  protection  fund.  1.  There  is  hereby
  established in the joint  custody  of  the  state  comptroller  and  the
  commissioner of taxation and finance a special revenue fund known as the
  "child performer's protection fund".
    2.  Such  fund  shall  consist  of  the  revenues received pursuant to
  article four-A of the labor law, part seven  of  article  seven  of  the
  estates,  powers  and  trusts  law,  and  all other monies appropriated,
  credited, or transferred thereto from any other fund or source  pursuant
  to law.
    3.  Monies  of the fund shall be expended by the commissioner of labor
  solely for the purpose of administering article four-A of the labor law.
