2006 New York Code - Cities In County Social Services Districts.



 
    §  57.  Cities in county social services districts.   Each city, other
  than the city of New York, shall form part of the county social services
  district of the county in which it is situated and shall not assume  any
  powers  and responsibilities for the administration or expense of public
  assistance and care, in addition to those specified in  subdivision  two
  of  section  sixty-nine,  except  pursuant to the provisions of sections
  seventy-four and seventy-four-a of this chapter.
