2006 New York Code - Rates And Admission Of Children.



 
    §  410-i.   Rates and admission of children.  1.  An eligible borrower
  shall, with the approval of the commissioner, fix a schedule of rates to
  be charged parents, guardians or other persons having legal  custody  of
  the  child and to social services officials or other authorized agencies
  for the facilities  and  services  provided  by  the  eligible  borrower
  pursuant  to  this title.  The commissioner upon his own motion, or upon
  application by the eligible borrower or lienholder may vary  the  amount
  of  such  charge  from  time  to time so as to secure, together with all
  other income of the eligible borrower  pledged,  assigned  or  otherwise
  made  available  to  the  agency,  sufficient  income  to  meet,  within
  reasonable limits, all necessary payments by the said eligible  borrower
  of all expenses, including fixed charges, sinking funds and reserves.
    2.    The  facilities  and  services  to  be  provided by the eligible
  borrower pursuant to this title shall be available to  all  children  in
  need thereof.
